AMETHYST SPECIMEN WITH STAND | Large 17 Pound Amethyst Geode

This is a sparkling Amethyst specimen with so many gorgeous points. The clusters are spectacular with some darker tips, appearing almost reddish. Goethite is present as well! I would call this a reverse geode shape, as the clusters are found almost all around on this beauty.

Brazil mined. She weights 8.1 kgs or 17.875 Pounds. Stand included. Measures about 18 inches high with stand and 12 inches high is the specimen and about 8 1/2 inches wide.
